A leading energy firm is seeking a Senior Contract Engineer (LNG) to join their team in Jakarta. In this job, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of LNG operations.
About the Senior Contract Engineer (LNG) Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and administering contracts related to the company's LNG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts related to LNG operations, including procurement, construction, and supply agreements
- Provide contractual advice to project teams and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Conduct risk assessments and identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor and report on contract performance, including KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing disputes
To succeed in this Senior QA QC Engineer (LNG) role, you must have deep knowledge in quality assurance and a high level of leadership skills.
Key Requirements:
- Graduated in engineering from a reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience in contract management for LNG operations
- Experience negotiating and drafting contracts for procurement, construction, and supply agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
