• Ensure supply readiness, quality, and on-time delivery
• Develop new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors both local and overseas
• Ensure improvement of cost saving initiatives with a strong negotiation skills
• Create reports for the global team

To succeed in this Head of Category Procurement role, you must be strong in strategic and analytical thinking with strong negotiation skills

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years of experience as a Head of Category Procurement (direct and indirect spend)
• Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
• Good communication and negotiation skills, proactive and self confident
• Networking procurement experience is a plus
• Experience with cost savings and manage huge amount of annual spending
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
