What you'll do:
As Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations at the Bandung site. Your daily responsibilities will involve championing a culture of safety-first thinking while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will work collaboratively with various departments—especially Quality Assurance—to uphold rigorous standards across production lines. By mentoring your team members through ongoing training programmes and fostering an inclusive environment built on supportive leadership principles, you will drive operational excellence. Your focus on lean manufacturing initiatives will help streamline processes, reduce waste, and maximise productivity. Additionally, you will manage budgets effectively while maintaining assets in optimal condition. - Ensure the safety of all employees by implementing relevant regulations related to safety, food safety, environmental protection, and maintaining strict compliance at all times.
- Monitor and improve safety, food safety, and environmental performance through proactive measures and regular assessments.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance department to execute and maintain robust quality management systems that meet local and global standards.
- Direct day-to-day operational activities of the factory to achieve quality, operational, and financial objectives aligned with the master plan.
