What you'll do:

As an Operational Excellence Manager Fast Moving Consumer Goods based in Bandung, you will be entrusted with overseeing all facets of manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on embedding a culture where safety is paramount, food safety is non-negotiable, and quality is consistently delivered. You will collaborate extensively with various departments—especially Quality Assurance—to uphold rigorous standards while also leading your team towards achieving ambitious production goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows efficiently; mentoring staff; supporting budgeting processes; identifying areas for process optimisation; ensuring asset integrity; overseeing maintenance schedules; and acting swiftly when challenges arise. Success in this role hinges on your ability to balance immediate operational needs with longer-term strategic improvements—all while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best.

  • Champion a culture of safety, food safety first, and quality always by ensuring all employees are familiar with and adhere to relevant regulations related to workplace safety, food standards, and environmental protection.

  • Directly oversee daily operational activities within the factory to achieve short- and medium-term objectives aligned with the overall master plan for production volume, quality targets, and financial outcomes.
