About the Operation Manager Role:

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Operation Manager will play a key role in the transition from exploration to construction stage which related to operational things.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and oversee on-ground activities linked to the project, including planning, arranging, guiding, and harmonising field operations. Supervise personnel and contracted parties responsible for a range of operational support services across various work sites. This encompasses logistics, accommodation, catering, maintenance, waste management, fuel provision, construction undertakings, equipment upkeep, and other on-site tasks.
• Provide backing for the execution of sophisticated capital and infrastructure projects conforming to SPE regulations. Supervise a diverse team responsible for project and engineering delivery to manage these advanced infrastructure endeavours, such as roads, civil constructions, buildings, facilities, camps, temporary port setups, and other pivotal infrastructure elements. Maintain oversight on project controls to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Direct camp operations, security measures, and service providers while ensuring the delivery of services upholds high standards. Guarantee that facilities operate and are maintained in a manner that minimizes health, safety, and security hazards, and promotes the well-being of employees and contractors.

With the ability to articulate strategy to operational teams you will take the lead high number of subordinates with multidisciplinary (Engineering, Site Operation, Facilities, Project Controls).

Key attributes include:

• Bahelor's degree of mining engineering, civil, or construction.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with exposure to exploration, construction, and mining stage in a mining company.
• Solid experience in the construction project of mining infrastructure, supporting facilities, and power plant.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English (preferred).
• Exemplary personal conduct, consistently demonstrating ethics, integrity, and respect.
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and coherence in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of inspiring and fostering the development of others.
