What you'll do:
As PPIC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming manufacturing operations at the Surabaya headquarters. - Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods through multi-stage processes including Machine Shop, Painting, and Assembly to maintain seamless production operations.
- Balance production capacity strategically between OEM contracts and proprietary product lines, maintaining operational equilibrium in a dynamic manufacturing landscape.
- Collaborate closely with Centralised Procurement and Demand Planning teams to mitigate risks associated with monopolistic component suppliers and ensure continuity of supply.
- Directly mentor and guide a team of 12 subordinates, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Oversee inventory control processes to optimise stock levels for both Made-to-Order (MTO) and Made-to-Stock (MTS) environments, reducing waste and maximising efficiency.
- Develop robust reporting mechanisms using SAP R3 to provide actionable insights for senior leadership on production status, inventory health, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management by leveraging professional certifications and industry knowledge to enhance operational standards.
