Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of their manufacturing operations in Sidoarjo. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety, overseeing production planning, managing engineering and maintenance activities, maintaining warehouse operations, and implementing quality management systems.

What you'll do:
As a Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall safety of the site while also overseeing all aspects of production. You will develop and monitor standard operating procedures, maintain the physical condition of the workshop, manage inventory levels, and implement a robust Quality Management System. Your leadership skills will be crucial in coaching your team towards achieving operational excellence.
- Ensure overall site operations are in proper and safe condition
- Assure all manufacturing activities align with business goals and objectives
- Develop and monitor production standard operating procedures (SOP) and other internal business processes
- Maintain physical condition of workshop by inspecting equipment; perform preventive maintenance; issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system
- Develop Annual Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 and control its implementation

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Process engineering /any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations
- Strong knowledge in Productivity, cost, budget, workshop principle, quality, yield, people management, Long Term Strategy
- Safety mindset with good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent communication skills with staff and key stakeholders
