A rapidly expanding cosmetics manufacturer is recruiting for a newly created Production Manager (Stem Cell Manufacturing) job in Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all production targets in the production line.

About the Production Manager (Stem Cell Manufacturing) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Production Manager plays a key role in the production team's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production process run reliably and efficiently
• Manage production personnel’s schedule, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure work flow meets required deadlines
• Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, Ministry of Health requirements, health and safety requirements also other related requirements
• Fulfil production department key performance indicators correctly

To succeed in this Production Manager (Stem Cell Manufacturing) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of production process especially in medical devices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate with at least five years' experience in production management (Manager level)
• Experience in production management in biologic and cosmetic products
• Experience in stem cell business in Indonesia is preferred
• Fluency in English
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Come from stem cells companies that are already GMP and LOL-certified
