About the Production Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this Production Manager role, you will ensure the efficient flow of work, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of tasks. Your role is critical in driving productivity, minimising errors, and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Streamline workflows to minimise bottlenecks and delays

• Maintain accurate records of processes, procedures, and performance metrics
• Prepare regular reports on process performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation
• Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency
• Ensure that all processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and legal requirements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and update processes accordingly

A talented professional with at least 10 years of experience managing FMCG production lines is required for this role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in process management, preferably in a relevant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
