A rapidly expanding medical devices manufacturer is recruiting for a newly created Production Manager (Cikarang) job in Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all production targets in the production line.

About the Production Manager (Manufacturing) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Production Manager (Cikarang) plays a key role in the production team's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production process run reliably and efficiently
• Manage production personnel’s schedule, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure work flow meets required deadlines
• Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, Ministry of Health requirements, Healthy and Safety requirements also other related requirements
• Fulfil production department key performance indicators correctly

To succeed in this Production Manager (Cikarang) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of production process especially in medical devices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or engineering with minimum GPA 3.50
• Minimum of five years' experience as a production manager in manufacturing or 10 years' experience working in the manufacturing industry producing medical equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
