About the Production Manager (Healthcare) Role:
This is a great op the group operation systems and processes. Your main responsibility will be to set up process, technical transfer, process validation and mass production in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall manufacturing management from material requisitioning to finish goods stock in warehouse
• Participate in NPI design process and design review meeting as manufacturing representative
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
• Control budget and departmental costs, headcount and CAPEX towards the set targets
• Ensure all compliance needs are met

To be successful in this Production Manager (Healthcare) role, you must be able to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist, Biology, Engineering or related field
• Over six years of work experience at managerial level
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Solid understanding of the regulation in the medical device industry
• Experienced in quality system setting up a base on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMPs
• Good command in English is a must
