Warehouse and Logistics Manager (Chemical)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join their team in Cikupa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. They will also manage inventory levels, control warehouse stock accuracy, and ensure the implementation of regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing both the warehouse operations and logistics of our client's business. You will coordinate with various internal parties to ensure smooth operation of loading & unloading activities. Your role will also involve managing on-time fulfillment of FG delivery to local customers while ensuring optimum capacity for both internal & external fleet. You will be responsible for setting up efficient space utilization for all warehouses and ensuring proper handling of raw materials & finished goods in accordance with safety policies. Additionally, you will manage inventory levels as per targeted and control warehouse stock accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all incoming schedules align with warehouse capacity
• Manage on-time fulfillment of delivery requests from various sites
• Oversee Finished Goods (FG) delivery performance from branches to customers
• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization for all warehouses
• Ensure all raw materials & finished goods handling in warehouses are done properly and following safety policies
• Control warehouse stock accuracy by ensuring implementation of regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse and Logistics Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing warehouses within a manufacturing environment. You have proven expertise in local & export logistics, dealing with both end customers and distribution centers. Your strong skills in inventory management & control set you apart, along with your proficiency in using ERP systems for warehouse & logistics/distribution. You possess excellent command over Bahasa Indonesia and English, coupled with good ability to process, analyze numbers and data related to warehouse logistics performance and cost.

• Significant experience in managing Warehouse (Chemical RM & industrial materials/products FG) in manufacturing company
• Experience in Local & export logistics both to end customers and distribution center
• Strong skills in Inventory Management & Control
• Proficiency in ERP usage for Warehouse & Logistics/Distribution
• Excellent command over Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Good ability in process, analyze numbers and data related to warehouse logistics performance and cost
