Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, Transport Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all transportation operations, including fleet management, route planning, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement cost-effective transportation solutions to optimise efficiency and reduce expenses
• Evaluate and select transportation vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the transportation field
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to transportation services promptly and effectively

To succeed in this Transport Manager role, you must have good understanding in conceptual, scoping, management and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Logistics or Transportation industry
• Well versed in English
• Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
