Key Responsibilities:

• Be the "go-to" expert on the environmental science business in Indonesia - professional pest management, rural hygiene
• Collaborate with the marketing and commercial team to develop product positioning, product differentiation and defence strategies
• Provide product training (including field training), and technical support on the product portfolio to country team as well as external customers
• Handle any complaints on the efficacy or quality of product and resolve it with root cause analysis and implementing application training or internal re-alignment
• Proactively scan the marketplace and industry for areas of competitive improvement including digital innovation and excellence in service execution

To succeed in this Technical Services Manager (Pest Management) role, you must have good understanding of R&D processes, project management, marketing and business excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent
• 5 - 10 years of experience in market development, technical services, preferably in the environmental science industry
• Effective project management skills and leadership to drive the country project team
• Must be well versed in English
