About the Construction Project Manager (Sumbawa) Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO , you will oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion in Sumbawa, Indonesia. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be in charge of the end-to-end construction stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance and support
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Implement cost-control measures to prevent budget overruns
• Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the construction process
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Proactively address issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary
• Ensure all project milestones are met in a timely manner
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress
• Address concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
• Document and communicate any deviations from the original project plan

To succeed in the Construction Project Manager (Sumbawa) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all related teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (overseas university is preferred)
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years in a leadership role
• 15 or more years of experience in civil projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Sumbawa (Roster system 8:2)
• Able to join ASAP
