About the Senior Project Manager (High Rise) Role:
Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and maintaining high-quality workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project schedules, including defining milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and expense tracking
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards
• Prepare and distribute progress reports, including project status, budget updates, and risk assessments

To succeed in this Senior Project Manager (High Rise) role, you must have extensive knowledge in construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with a focus on commercial building projects
• Experienced in building commercial building with 20 or more floors
• Experienced in building management is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
