About the Process Engineer Role:
In this Process Engineer role, you will work to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve optimal production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design efficient, reliable, and cost-effective processes for production
• Optimise existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Identify potential hazards and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with environmental engineers to minimise the environmental impact of production processes
• Collect and analyse data related to production processes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining process performance, improvements, and recommendations
• Use statistical methods to identify trends, analyse variance, and propose corrective actions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to address process-related issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate equipment and materials for production processes
• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in process engineering and technology
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency

To succeed in this Process Engineer role, you must be able to analyse, design, implement and monitor production processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written
• Minimum of two years' working experience as a Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor
• Strong leadership material
• Solid knowledge on Maintenance and Spare Part management process
• Fluency in using CMMS, SAP PM Module is a plus point
• Good communication skills
