Production Superintendent (LNG)

A leading energy firm is seeking a Production Superintendent (LNG) to join their team in Indonesia. In this job, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of production, including planning, organising, directing, and controlling all production activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient production of LNG.

About the Production Superintendent (LNG) Role:
Reporting to the Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing liquefied natural gas (LNG) production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of LNG production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement production strategies to achieve production targets, quality goals, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage and supervise a team of production operators, ensuring that they are adequately trained, motivated, and engaged in their work
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to LNG production operations
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless and efficient production operations

To succeed in this Production Superintendent (LNG) role, you must have in-depth knowledge of LNG production processes and technologies, as well as safety and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve production efficiency and quality
