About the Technical Head (Facility Management) Role:
The successful incumbent in this role will ensure operations and technical services align with the directions from global through the OPF (Operation Process Framework), provide support to operations, as well as develop technician competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the operations division and commercial department
• Manage annual activity planning for critical environment, capital project and energy and sustainability
• Ensure and conduct energy audits for cost saving programmes
• Conduct implementation audits of SOP
• Provide solutions to problems in areas that cannot be resolved by the operational team

To succeed in this Technical Head (Facility Management) role, you must possess strong technical and people-management skills.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in a relevant industry with five years of project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in K3, Energy Auditor and PMP
• English proficiency is a must
