About the Engineering Manager Role:
Reporting to the Plant GM in Jakarta, you will be responsible for supervising a team of engineers ensuring key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems
• Oversee and maintain the equipment and facilities of the plant
• Gauge progress of various projects
• Ensure system implementation is aligned with company regulations
• Identify capacity constraints and implement investments on infrastructure capability to ensure sustainable growth

To succeed in this Engineering Manager role, you must have deep technical expertise, strong growth mindset and understanding the concept of industry 4.0.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a must
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience
• Knowledge in local government safety regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
