About the Footwear Production Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Footwear Production Manager will play a key role in the shoe manufacturing operations and continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring and monitoring production processes to be in-line with PPIC schedule
• Ensuring, controlling and motivating the subordinate to achieve targets either by quantity or quality
• Keep maintaining continuous improvements specially to increase quality and performance of production
• Monitoring KPI of production

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of shoe manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four years' experience as a Production Manager in the footwear industry (manufacturing)
• At least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
• Good knowledge of production flow processes and procedures for shoes
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership skills
• Expert computer skills (Power Point, Excel)
• Must be well-organised, detail-oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Willing to work under pressure
