About the Customer Service & Spare Part General Manager Role: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Customer Service & Spare Part General Manager assigned to ensures business profitability by achieving parts sales revenue and profit, control parts inventory, efficient operational cost, leverage people competency, empower dealers, manage customer engagement and retain brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement
Oversee the handling of customer service issues and ensure resolution
Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels
Develop and implement systems for tracking spare parts usage and reordering
Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts
Recruit, train, and supervise customer service and spare parts staff
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and evaluations
Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment
Analyse customer service and spare parts processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics, spare parts inventory, and related KPIs
Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with sales, technical support, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Coordinate with other departments on spare parts availability and delivery
With the ability to work with target, you will manage several managers and assistant managers.
Minimum of five years’ experience in the after sales division from Construction Machinery/Agriculture Machinery/Automotive or similar industry
Proficient in MS Office applications and IT tools
Proficient in business processes and expert in after sales service system
Certified continuous improvement tools
Fluency in English, Japanese is an advantage
