As a Logistics and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating smooth end-to-end order processing while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close coordination with various teams to ensure data accuracy, timely document delivery, and efficient reporting. You will be instrumental in driving cost optimisation initiatives by identifying new transport solutions without compromising customer satisfaction. In addition, you will support inventory management efforts for expanding product ranges, participate actively in supply chain meetings, and maintain responsive communication with both internal stakeholders and valued customers. Your ability to submit precise reports punctually and foster collaborative teamwork across departments will be essential for achieving operational goals. - Ensure timely completion of after-invoice processes by delivering E Faktur documents to customers promptly following invoice creation dates.
- Maintain the integrity of master data governance by aligning with analytics teams and adhering to established standards for accurate data management.
- Monitor net sales performance by preparing daily sales reports, comparing roll-over order values against actual sales values on a weekly basis, and supporting achievement of sales plans.
- Support strategic initiatives by contributing to key priorities assigned by management, including cost reduction projects and process improvements.
- Identify alternative transportation options within Indonesia to reduce delivery costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery area.
- Assist with expansion range activities such as securing full stock availability for product categories by building up local warehouse inventory.
- Participate in weekly supply meetings to reduce open purchase requisitions through diligent execution and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Respond to both external and internal customer inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and fostering positive relationships.
- Submit accurate sales reports on time while promoting good teamwork related to automotive experience and facilitating cooperation between departments for successful third-party logistics (3PL) governance.
- Oversee warehouse billing processes during the first week of each calendar month, consistently cross-checking freight billing through regular administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain management with a focus on order processing, documentation handling, and data governance.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including analytics, procurement, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail when preparing sales reports, managing inventory levels, and executing billing processes accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities enabling prompt responses to customer inquiries within tight deadlines while nurturing positive relationships.
- A track record of supporting cost reduction initiatives through creative problem-solving in transportation planning without sacrificing service quality.
- Familiarity with SAP MRP parameters such as reorder points (RoP), minimum lot sizes (MLS), rounding values, as well as experience mitigating new product introductions (NPIs).
- Commitment to teamwork demonstrated by active participation in supply meetings and willingness to share knowledge for communal success.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure during peak periods or closing cycles.
- Experience coordinating sea-freight shipments or procurement-related logistics is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- A dependable approach towards meeting targets for reducing overtime costs and optimising third-party headcount through efficient delivery scheduling.
