What you'll do:

As an Operations Excellence Manager in Logistics, your role will be central to driving continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices, and aligning these with strategic business goals. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you guide cross-functional teams through process improvements in logistics operations. Your analytical skills will come into play as you regularly review data and reports to monitor operational performance. You will also generate detailed reports for senior management on the operational health of the organisation.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Operations Excellence Manager (Logistics) role brings a wealth of experience in logistics or supply chain management roles. With a minimum of 5 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in logistics or related industries. Your familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies will be invaluable in this role. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret data and create actionable insights. You possess excellent project management and organisational skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to lead teams and manage complex change initiatives will be crucial in this role.
