What you'll do:
As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support across the country. You will be responsible for maintaining all technical data related to the installed base in the country. Your role will involve constantly upgrading the knowledge of personnel through training sessions and on-site visits. You will maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. In collaboration with sales teams and service partners, you will negotiate commercial terms of service agreements and fees. A key part of your role will be to enhance service revenue in the country through spare part sales and additional services.
- Provide technical support within the country
- Upgrade the knowledge of personnel through trainings and on-site visits
- Maintain constant engagement with customers regarding service quality/excellence, requirements, upgrades, adaptation changes or modifications
- Negotiate commercial terms of service agreements/service fees for the country jointly with sales team/distributors/service partners
- Enhance Service revenue in the country including Spare Part Sales and other Services like Overhauls, Upgrades and or Value added services
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Service Manager position is someone who holds a degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. You should have at least 10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role preferably within the electro-mechanical industry. A strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) is essential for this role. You should possess solid verbal and written English skills along with sound presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, multi-tasking capabilities, communication skills and decision-making skills. Good computer knowledge and literacy are also required. Flexibility to travel within Indonesia as per business requirements is a must.
- Degree holder in Mechanical /Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years of management experience preferably in machinery industry
- Good knowledge in customer relationship management (CRM)
