About the Supply Chain Manager (Trading) Role:
Reporting to the President Director, you will managing and coordinating the business’s supply chain activities. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be in charge of overall business supply chain, lead the S&OP process, purchasing, planning and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall business supply chain
• Lead the development and maturity of the country’s full S&OP process
• Manage and oversee demand and forecast planning for the business
• Manage and oversee the purchasing function liaising closely with regional central purchasing teams and suppliers
• Manage and oversee the inventory support team in conjunction with the regional inventory team and product managers
• Ensure the inventory levels at all warehouses locations is optimised
• Manage inventory budgets for the business
• In conjunction with the regional inventory team, confirm any stock reduction targets and implement plans to achieve these targets
• Manage the logistics implant and their performance

The successful Supply Chain Manager (Trading) must have a strategical and analytical mindset, be driven and strong in working capital.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a good reputable university. Business management/financial management qualifications will be well regarded
• Expertise in working capital area, trading, and distribution business
• Experienced in the establishment and management of national stock budget
• Demonstrated successful establishment and achievement of inventory budgets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills both in Indonesian and English
• Ability and willingness to seek and incorporate input from others to develop collaborative solutions
• Experience working as part of a team across multiple business units
• Understanding and management of a complete S&OP process
• General knowledge of Pronto or similar ERP system
