You will lead and manage a team, overseeing various operational functions to drive excellence in customer service, inventory management, supply chain logistics, and process optimisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals, KPIs, and performance targets
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within the operations
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team across different operational functions, including inventory management, supply chain, logistics, and customer service

• Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels while minimising carrying costs
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries
• Implement strategies to reduce stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence
• Manage the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries to retail locations or customers' doorsteps
• Implement processes to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and effective manner
• Continuously review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall productivity
• Identify automation and technology solutions to streamline operations and improve the customer experience
• Generate regular reports for owner, providing insights into operational performance and recommendations for enhancement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment of operational efforts with broader business strategies
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities
