About the Custom Clearance Manager Role:
Reporting to the GM, you will lead all export/import activities and working closely other related departments. As the Custom Clearance Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing and managing the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods. You will also be responsible for optimising customs-related processes, maintaining documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise during the clearance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the right practise of customs regulations is implemented
• Ensure the customs reporting for all assets
• Manage and maintain records of all customs-related documentation, including import/export licenses, permits, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Maintain good relationship with Customs and other related association
• Monitoring policy, procedures and process compliance
• Be the person in charge of customs audit
• Take charge of the project related to Bonded Zone/Logistic Bonded Zone
• Liaise with various internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and procurement) to ensure alignment and efficient customs processes
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including customs authorities, government agencies, and trade partners
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in customs clearance operations

To succeed in the Custom Clearance Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with internal and external matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Hold PPJK certificate
• Bachelor's degree in any major and at least 5 - 10 years of managerial experience in Customs Clearance
• Fluency in English
• Customs and Bonded Zone/Logistic Bonded Zone knowledge is an avantage
• Experienced in customs clearance, logistics and export import operation
• Capable of building relationship with custom
