About the Engineering Head (F&B) role:
As an Engineering Head, this individual will have an immediate impact by analyse data, develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions and procedures. Your creative thinking, strategical thinking and leadership skills will be called upon from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and direct the activities for the engineering team to ensure it is operating standards, compliance and overall efficiency
• Develops and continually improves process and procedures for the business unit, while partnering cross-departmentally (internal and external) to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices
• Responsible for scheduling, staffing, and building manpower requirements
• Builds and maintains capital/operating budget for the business unit
• Ensures the management of safety risks and security threats to the operations
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

To succeed in the Engineering Head (F&B) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with teams,across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in the same related fields
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Excellent technical skills
• Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
• Leadership skills
• Planning and organisation skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Family working culture
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
