A rapidly expanding e-commerce firm is seeking a talented candidate for a newly created Warehouse Manager job in Medan, Indonesia. In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for all warehouse-related functions.
About the Warehouse Manager (Medan) Role:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all operations activities and manage big teams and be in charge of end-to-end process of operations and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of warehouse processes
- Oversee inbound, outbound and return activities
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and inventory for all categories
- Report and align with regional counterpart for improvements, initiative and strategy
To succeed in this Warehouse Manager (Medan) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all teams, both external and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- At least six to eight years of experience in warehouse management
- Experience in warehouse management system
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong leadership, people management skill, team player and have great problem-solving skills
- Good proficiency in English is a plus
