General Manager Operations (Property)

An exciting General Manager Operations (Property) job has just become available at one of the well-known high-rise buildings in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting directly to the Regional Team, this is a role for a GM who is experienced in their field.

About the General Manager Operations (Property) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for end-to-end operations and development strategy, delivering the highest quality service for all the tenants. You will also take the lead providing direction to all
building-related activities, including project management, daily building operations, P&L, facilities management, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day operations including setting up SOPs together with the property management
• Liaise with the head office for documentation and tender processes
• Supervise the finance and accounting team for budget and P&L monitoring
• Prepare and review all the contracts and tender documents
• Liaise with all external consultants for legal, marketing, finance, HR, and facilities management
• Coordinate lease and tenant relations
• Arrange tender meetings, negotiations, review submissions

To succeed in the General Manager Operations (Property) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from related functions
• Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in property industry, especially in building and facilities management
• Experience in managing all operations for the building, especially high-rise buildings
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills, open-minded, and a fast learner
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience and knowledge in MEP
