What you'll do:
As Brand Manager, you will play an instrumental role in steering the growth trajectory of established brands within a highly competitive FMCG landscape. - Drive consistent double-digit year-on-year growth for the confectionery brand portfolio by identifying strategic opportunities and executing impactful initiatives across multiple channels.
- Expand and strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring robust coverage in both modern trade and traditional distribution networks throughout key markets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive 360° marketing strategies that encompass digital campaigns, consumer promotions, point-of-sale activities, and integrated communications to maximise brand awareness.
- Lead digital marketing efforts to enhance online presence, engage consumers through social media platforms, and leverage e-commerce trends for increased sales conversion.
- Monitor market trends, analyse consumer insights, and translate findings into actionable plans that keep the brand ahead of competitors in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns at retail level while supporting Key Account Management (KAM) initiatives for sustained business growth.
- Coordinate with Administration teams to manage operational requirements efficiently, ensuring smooth delivery of projects from concept to execution.
- Present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to influence decision-making processes.
- Track brand performance metrics rigorously, evaluate return on investment (ROI), and prepare regular reports for management review to inform future strategy.
- Manage brand budgets responsibly by allocating resources effectively across various marketing activities while maintaining cost efficiency.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that have delivered double-digit growth targets over consecutive years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and emerging online consumer trends essential for today’s marketplace.
- Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to interpret complex data sets, monitor KPIs effectively, and optimise campaign performance based on evidence-based insights.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach that fosters positive relationships across functions including Trade Marketing, KAM, Administration, and senior leadership.
- Proven track record managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns encompassing ATL/BTL activities as well as digital activations for maximum reach.
- Experience building robust networks within both modern trade outlets (supermarkets/hypermarkets) and traditional distribution channels (wholesalers/retailers).
- Ownership mindset characterised by self-motivation, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining responsive to team needs.
- Preferred: Experience specifically managing confectionery or other fast-moving impulse categories; established connections within Indonesia’s retail landscape; history of presenting strategic recommendations at executive level.
