What you'll do:
As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the perception of key brands within the Indonesian market. - Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including identifying new business opportunities, managing new product launches, and ensuring successful market entry.
- Generate compelling names for new and existing products while collaborating closely with R&D and supply chain teams on innovative packaging designs that reflect brand identity.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to present proposals, manage multiple interests, and support the achievement of brand objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies such as research partners by managing ongoing projects and conducting annual performance assessments to ensure effective brand development.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning encompassing brand management, pricing strategy formulation, taxation considerations, profit & loss analysis, integrated marketing communications, digital integration efforts, product management, and new product development processes.
- A solid understanding of distribution principles as well as trade marketing and field marketing practices is necessary for effective execution of responsibilities.
- Proven track record in developing pricing models and launching new products into competitive markets is mandatory.
- Experience working within cross-cultural environments enhances your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English is required alongside proficiency in local language(s), enabling clear communication across all stakeholder groups.
