What you'll do:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic brand growth for key product categories. Your role will involve translating consumer insights and market trends into impactful brand campaigns and innovations. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing brand budgets, forecasts, and P&L. Collaboration with regional and international partners will also be part of your role when necessary. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor junior brand team members.
- Lead the brand strategy and execution for key product categories
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into impactful brand campaigns and innovations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, and R&D to ensure brand consistency and performance
- Develop and manage brand budgets, forecasts, and P&L
- Collaborate with regional and international partners for global alignment when needed
- Guide and mentor junior brand team members
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Brand Manager role brings a minimum of 7 years of experience in Brand Management, ideally within the FMCG or F&B sectors. You have a proven track record in leading successful brand campaigns and innovation projects. Your strong analytical skills allow you to read data effectively and turn it into actionable insights. Experience in handling A&P budgets and working cross-functionally is essential. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Lastly, your strong communication skills make you a natural leader with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand Management, ideally within FMCG or F&B sectors
