What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and conversion. You will have the exciting responsibility of managing end-to-end marketing initiatives, from planning stages to evaluation. Your role will involve providing clear direction for your team, developing strategic plans, managing key projects, evaluating programme impacts, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

  • Handle product launches, brand management, and profit and loss responsibilities
  • Provide clear direction for the brand marketing team to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments
  • Develop annual strategic plans and marketing budgets for brand management programmes
  • Manage and lead projects to enhance brand awareness and image
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programmes and create reports and analysis to track overall brand performance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including third parties such as agency houses

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in a similar or relevant capacity within the FMCG industry. You will have proven experience handling new product development (NPD), new product launch (NPL), brand management, and P&L responsibilities. Your strong analytical and numerical skills will be crucial in evaluating the impact of marketing programmes. Your ability to create business strategy, manage brands, lead a team, along with your proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English skills will set you apart.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in FMCG industry
  • Experience with handling New Product Development (NPD), New Product Launch (NPL), brand management, and P&L responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Comfortable in creating business strategy, brand management, and leading a team
