About the Channel Development Manager Role: The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for managing store sales, concept marketing promotions, and overseeing stores nationwide to reach company objectives.
Take the initiative in creating tailored comprehensive channel leadership plans and persuasive selling narratives for important customers to maximise ROI
Ensure prompt preparation and execution of new product channel plans and pre-launch necessities
Create, execute, and assess suitable programmes for GT and MT accounts to align with channel plans and brand strategies for each category, taking market insights into account
Create merchandising strategies and solutions that enhance company goals and return on investment by taking into account the category, customer, and shopper in all channels
To succeed in this Channel Development Manager role, you must be comfortable with handling channel management, promotion, managing a lot of projects, and engaging with various stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or related fields
Minimum of four years’ experience in channel/category management/trade marketing, especially from an FMCG background
Preferably good at leading perfect store programme and statistics
Fluent in both written and verbal English
