About the Senior Brand Manager Role: The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end marketing strategy starting from creating and initiating plans, implementation as well as evaluating marketing initiatives that lead to brand growth, awareness, and conversion.
Provide clear and concise direction for the brand marketing team to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic plan
Build and create annual strategic plan, manage marketing budget for brand management programmes and objectives across different channels and segments
Manage and lead projects for brand development to increase the market share
Conduct data analysis to translate into a proper brand strategy to enhance the brand awareness
Evaluate the impact of marketing programmes and create reports and analysis to track overall brand performance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
To succeed in this Senior Brand Manager role, you must be comfortable in creating business strategy, brand development, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
Minimum of seven years of experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from the FMCG industry
Experience with handling product development, brand management, and data analysis
Strong in analytical and numerical skills
Fluent in both written and verbal English
