About the GM Brand Innovation (Beauty) Role: The GM Brand Innovation (Beauty) will be responsible for creating, leading, and defining overall marketing insight that led to brand growth, awareness and conversion.
Develop a strong innovation pipeline and marketing plan to boost revenue, speed, and brand recognition, overseeing business growth
Manage a cross-functional team in project management for innovations, covering packaging, formulation, and design
Conduct consumer research for strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in both new and existing categories
Lead and develop the team, create innovation project strategies, and ensure excellent project implementation
To succeed in this GM Brand Innovation (Beauty) role, you must be comfortable with creating marketing and innovation plans, business strategy, and leading a team.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and sales or related fields
Preferably with minimum 10 years’ experience in beauty/FMCG industry, especially in handling beauty product development
A good understanding of skincare/make up ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
Fluent in both written and verbal English
