About the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing Role: The Head of Brand and Digital Marketing will be responsible for all digital marketing (performance marketing) and brand activities, create the directions and plan, manage a team and be the core of the department while reporting to the regional team
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the digital team to formulate digital experience with cross-functional digital strategy and content for the whole corporate
High understanding of current and future digital development to improve the digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising and to measure and report the performance and assessment against the goals (KPI)
Leverage the marketing budget and resources to aid in reaching established KPIs
Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery and Video) and Facebook Ads Manager
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI)
Responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy to enhance our brand health funnel, reputation, and market position.
Work closely with various departments (Merchandizing, Sales, Finance etc.) to ensure consistent messaging, brand identity, and consumer experience across all channels.
Manage the brand management, creative direction, and strategic thinking will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Develop and maintain brand DNA together with its guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, visual identify and customer experience across all touchpoints
To succeed in this Head of Brand and Digital Marketing role, you must be comfortable with leading, creating performance marketing strategies and understand brand management
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven years’ experience in Marketing
Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Strong planning skills and able to manage details
Critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage marketing budget
