About the General Manager (Diagnostics) Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in terms of both operational and financial areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives
• Develop and execute the business plan and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in the areas of customer, financial, internal business processes, people and suppliers
• Design, plan and manage all company resources to enhance value to all company stakeholders
• Provide guidance and direction for logistics solutions to customers and internal productivity/quality improvement projects
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships

To succeed in this General Manager (Diagnostics) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively.

Key Requirements:

• Desirable previous assignment in HQ or outside of country
• Function Experience and Knowledge: Experience in three or more functions
• Knowledge and understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, R&D, Quality and Regulatory, Human Resources, Information Systems
• Understands how the functions interact to support business growth
• Experience in medical device or diagnostics products
• Knows the key issues concerning the products
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Background in issues affecting the health care business
• Able to use the major office-based software programmes, e.g. word processing, presentation programmes, spreadsheet, database, email
• Demonstrated high level of consistent performance
