About the Assistant Retail Merchandising Manager Role:
The Assistant Retail Merchandising Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as creating product strategy to reach the company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining product assortment and product strategy in accordance to the current market/platform/customer profile, participate in seasonal preline/kickoff/trade show meetings to ensure product relevance

• Reviewing seasonal collection performance vs expectations and in analysing consumer buying patterns to predict future trends

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or related fields
• Minimum of five years’ experience in Retail/Merchandising/E-commerce, preferably coming from Fashion/Sports/Branded category
• Good analytical thinking, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
