About the Assistant Retail Merchandising Manager Role: The Assistant Retail Merchandising Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as creating product strategy to reach the company objectives.
Defining product assortment and product strategy in accordance to the current market/platform/customer profile, participate in seasonal preline/kickoff/trade show meetings to ensure product relevance
Creating analysis of the historical data/sell through to determine the buying and buyers
Implementing an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow the business
Reviewing seasonal collection performance vs expectations and in analysing consumer buying patterns to predict future trends
To succeed in this Assistant Retail Merchandising Manager role, you must be comfortable in creating analysis and buying strategy to support country key strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or related fields
Minimum of five years’ experience in Retail/Merchandising/E-commerce, preferably coming from Fashion/Sports/Branded category
Good analytical thinking, leadership and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and verbal English
