About this Assistant Key Account Manager Role: The Assistant Key Account Manager will be responsible to handle key business partners, manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders, and create distribution strategy to reach the company objectives.
Developing and implementing key accounts or channels (modern trade) sales for travel accessories
Managing distribution plans – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
Creating and implementing an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow the business in Indonesia
Maintaining store visibility while monitoring the stores operations to manage the business performance
Providing the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed to meet the business plan
To succeed in this Assistant Key Account Manager role, you must be comfortable in handling various clients, managing a lot of stakeholders, and creating strategic plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related fields
Minimum of five years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in home care living/domestic appliances/consumer electronics industry
Having Retail background or managing offline stores is a plus point
Good analytical thinking, leadership and interpersonal skill
Fluency in both written and verbal English
