About the VP of Marketing Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in the marketing team's continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a brand and marketing strategy
• Manage all marketing for the company and business unit (hotel, hospital, and real estate) and activity within the marketing department
• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Develop and implement marketing plan and budget plan
• Analyse current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors
• Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
• Review the marketing programme on a regular basis and implement ideas for business's improvement
• Get insights from the market and customers on behaviour needs and feedback then deliver the insight as input to develop strategic marketing and business plan
• Be responsible for gathering and analysing business and competitive intelligence to act on decisions to strengthen the business

To succeed in this VP of Marketing role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as the ability to develop all marketing efforts, which include strong brand and marketing management as well as public relations, and build a positive brand reputation.

Key Requirements:

• Managerial tenure who has experience from hospital with consumer goods or consumer pharmaceutical background
• Proven record of results achievement, problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
• Minimum S1, preferably master's degree in marketing
