The VP Brand and Marketing redefines the brand and communications strategy, create media plans and implement specific activities that align with the company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic lead and manage and deliver the organisation’s media and PR strategy, including responsibility for all marketing activities
• Act as the strategic lead for all marketing and advertising campaigns and activities in line with business plan
• Oversee the nature and tone of content, and adherence to branding, across the organisation’s digital channels
• Demonstrate track record of developing original speeches and other communications content on behalf of company
• Ensure that all branding programmes are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimised and relevant to multiple audiences
• Establish metrics for the purpose of measuring campaign effectiveness against KPIs

To succeed in this VP Brand and Marketing role, you must be comfortable in creating media plans, have experience in rebranding and offline activities.

Key Requirements:

• Eight years of experience in communications/media/brand or relevant positions
• Background in FMCG, tech or media
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in measuring performances and setting KPIs
• Ability to lead a team
