About the Brand and Marketing Manager Role:
The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, initiating plans, and defining overall business strategy that lead to brand growth, awareness and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise direction to manage business activities in country-level in order to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic plan
• Build strategic marketing plan to accelerate the business growth through various channels
• Evaluate the impact and trend of marketing initiatives in order to achieve the company goals
• Ensure that desired brand positioning is reinforced and accurately represented by aligning identity with country-level regulations and market and product strategy

To succeed in this Brand and Marketing Manager role, you must be comfortable in creating marketing plans, business strategy, and leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and sales or related fields
• Preferably with five years’ experience in FMCG industry, especially in handling baby products
• Good understanding of the business requirements i.e. local government regulations
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
