About this Brand Manager Role:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end marketing strategy starting from creating and initiating plans, implementation as well as evaluating marketing initiatives that lead to brand growth, awareness, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise direction for the brand marketing team to support specific business objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic plan
• Build and create annual strategic plan for brand management programmes to support country-level and global new product development direction and objectives across different channels and segments
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programmes and create reports & analysis to track overall brand’s performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to sales, finance, and agency house

To succeed in this Brand Manager role, you must be comfortable in creating business strategy, brand management, and leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
• Minimum five years of experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from the FMCG industry
• Experience with handling product launches and brand management
• Fluency in both written and verbal English
