An exciting Partnership Manager (Food Service, Sponsorship and Activation) job opportunity has become available at a fast -growing multinational consumer goods company in Indonesia.

About the Partnership Manager (Food Service, Sponsorship and Activation) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will lead the alliance marketing and product partnership with food service brands and various channels in Indonesia. You will also look for prospective partners to collaborate with the cross category brand, and work with the marketing team to drive sponsorships and marketing activations for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy partnerships for the company’s key initiative and projects network, deepening and expanding work with current brands and building strategic alliances with new network of business organisations
  • Take ownership and initiatives to formulate strategies with respective stakeholders to drive incremental growth on company's brands
  • Identify relevant partnerships and close strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding core market and the partner’s business needs
  • Perform contract negotiations on behalf of the company
  • Work independently in accordance with guidelines and direction provided by the company
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices and trends in order to apply creative thinking that will ensure a competitive edge
  • Research, identify and approach prospective organisations
  • Prepare creative and made-to-measure sales, marketing and business pitches or proposals to secure potential partners
  • Enunciate partnership value to partners and negotiate commercial contracts with partners
  • Undertake cost benefit analysis on proposed partnerships to ensure positive return for the company
  • Establish potential prospects, take ownership and execution of the development of partnership-centric events and activities

To succeed in this Partnership Manager (Food Service, Sponsorship and Activation) role, you will need to possess a creative mind, with previous track record in clinching new partnership deals.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or marketing-related disciplines
  • Minimum of six years' relevant work experience in partnership marketing/business development
  • Good understanding of brand partnerships in relevant lifestyle brands and horeca/media channels
  • Solid brand management and marketing management experience from consumer goods
  • Strong organisational skills. Resourceful, able to multitask and handle all aspects of project management
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
