Medical Head (Pharmaceutical)

About the Medical Head (Pharmaceutical) Role:
Reporting to the president director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with commercial and regulatory team for medical and strategic support in the defined therapeutic area business
• Lead the therapeutic area stakeholder management and engagement (internal and external)
• Provide expert medical support for scientific papers, (slide material, authors and/or assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication and abstracts for meetings and conferences, journal publications, etc.)
• Facilitate effective communication and teamwork within the organisation
• Manage inclusion in the LOC quality plan and perform management monitoring activities as assigned in the quality plan

To succeed in this Medical Head (Pharmaceutical) role, you must have at least three years of experience within pharmaceutical industries.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Professional experience in leading a team is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Bahasa and English
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Readiness to share, collaborate and work with colleagues in other functions and geographies
• Aspires to be a future director and full P/L owner
• Outstanding work ethics
