About the Brand Marketing Lead Role:
You will lead marketing and identify business opportunities and work with the multi-functional team to build cohesive marketing plans. You are expected to lead and collaborate with different subject-matter experts to deliver end-to-end plans for the region via qualifying communication ideas, adjusting portfolio pricing and identifying shopping barriers and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure excellent execution of solid marketing plans (set target, budget, and activities) to enhance the company's current and new brands, including but not limited to touchpoint identification, ads, digital marketing, KOL and partnerships
• Ensure the achievements of set targets within the allocated budget
• Analyse business data and translate them into actionable steps
• Work with multiple divisions to ensure smooth execution
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development of team members

To succeed in this role, you must have at least three years of brand management experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and confident leadership skills
• Strength in strategic and analytical thinking
• An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
• Strong communication skills and proficient in English language
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia culture nuances and market landscape
