About the Senior Brand Manager Role:
The Senior Brand Manager will define the brand and national plan, proposing budget allocation and plan the integrated communication aligning with the company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set brand objectives for the portfolio brands and undertake projects for financial optimisations
• Map brand opportunities and threats. From the category stories and your knowledge of the portfolio, define the long-term plan and objectives
• Define how brand positioning will evolve and include sustainability increasingly
• Define relevant brand roadmap for the various target groups under one umbrella
• Define yearly brand plans and propose a budget allocation in line with the market analysis and the expansion strategies
• Plan the integrated communications aligned with the brand strategy and promoting the sustainability of the brand, focusing on digital in the first year in start-up mode
• Lead cross-agency brief and meeting. Challenge their delivery to ensure maximum efficiency and breakthrough marketing activations
• Arbitrate on activation opportunities to optimise their reach and financial results

To succeed in this Senior brand Manager role, you must be comfortable in creating brand plans from scratch, be analytical with budget allocations and have experience with digital marketing activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any field is required
• Six or more years of brand marketing experience preferably from FMCG or have experience in growing the brand from scratch
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, innovation and resilience
• Strong business understanding with a focus on priorities and decision making
